Welcome to A.HELANDER AB (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, including all regional versions such as ahelander.com, ahelander.com/se, ahelander.com/us, ahelander.com/de, ahelander.com/fr, ahelander.com/es, ahelander.com/no, ahelander.com/jp, ahelander.com/kr, ahelander.com/cn, and ahelander.com/en (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Order and Agreement
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. The purchase agreement is not concluded until you receive a shipping confirmation from us. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian approval to place an order.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the selected regional currency and include VAT when applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to update prices, correct incorrect pricing, and end special offers without notice.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and regional payment options available during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to selected countries within the EU. Products may not be available for immediate purchase outside the EU. Non-EU customers can sign up for product interest notifications.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to the customer once the product is handed to the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal Rights
Order cancellation:
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at support@ahelander.com.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Conditions for returns:
Returned items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
In the original packaging.
With all original labels and tags still attached.
Non-returnable items:
Made-to-order, personalized items, or gift cards cannot be returned.
Refund-only model (no exchanges):
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return shipping costs:
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we provide a prepaid return label via email.
You must use our provided return label. Packages returned by other means may be refused.
Lost or damaged returns:
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. If we do not receive your return, we cannot issue a refund.
Unaccepted returns:
Returns not meeting these conditions (e.g., items damaged, used, or missing tags) may be refused, donated, or discarded at our discretion. In certain cases, we may apply a restocking fee.
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages:
If your package is returned to us as unclaimed or due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 150 SEK (or equivalent in your local currency) to cover shipping and handling.
Refund processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 days of receiving your return, via your original payment method.
Special refund methods & fraud prevention:
Based on your return history, we reserve the right—at our sole discretion—to issue your refund as store credit instead of a direct refund or require prior communication with customer service to authorize returns. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if we detect unusual return patterns, abuse, or suspected fraud.
6. Complaints and Warranty
You have the right to file a complaint within three (3) years from the date you received the item, in accordance with the EU Consumer Sales Directive.
If the defect is reported within two (2) months from the time you discovered it, the complaint is always considered to have been made in time.
To initiate a complaint, please contact us at support@ahelander.com with a clear description of the issue and, if possible, attach one or more photos showing the defect.
If your complaint is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the nature of the defect. Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back.
Complaints are typically processed within 14 to 30 days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including product designs, text, logos, graphics, and images—is the property of A.HELANDER AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or use any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
8. Accessibility Compliance (EU Directive)
We are committed to making our website accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. In compliance with the European Accessibility Act and the EU Web Accessibility Directive (effective from June 28, 2025), our website is designed to meet the WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standard. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A.HELANDER AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use of the Site or products purchased through it.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory law, including your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or applicable national consumer protection laws.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, interruptions in transportation or communication networks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel affected orders without liability. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to notify you and minimize any inconvenience caused.
11. Privacy and Cookies
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, store, and share your information.

Dispute resolution (from 20 July 2025 onward)
If you have a dispute relating to these Terms or your purchase, please first contact our customer service at support@ahelander.com. If you cannot resolve the matter directly with us, you may avail yourself of the following options:

You may submit your complaint to a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity operating in your EU Member State under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems
Disrupting or interfering with the security, integrity, or performance of the Site
Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
Scraping, data mining, or using automated systems (e.g., bots, spiders) without our prior consent
Engaging in fraud, including using stolen payment details or making fraudulent return claims
Infringing upon our intellectual property or the rights of any third party
Violating any applicable local, national, or international law
